Economy leads workers to join union
CONCERNED ABOUT changes in policy and procedures due to the economic conditions, all 10 workers at the Pierce County Wastewater Treatment Plant have joined Council 2 after signing authorization cards.
The workers, who have been incorporated into Local 120, are working on their first contract.
